Autozi Internet Technology Shares Fall in Nasdaq Debut

11:33 AM EDT, 08/28/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Autozi Internet Technology (AZI) class A shares fell in their debut on Nasdaq Wednesday after the company priced its initial public offering of 2.5 million shares at $4 each to raise about $10 million.

The stock was down about 16% in recent trading after opening at $3.90.

Autozi granted its underwriter an option to buy up to an additional 375,000 Class A shares. It expects to close the offering Thursday.

Price: 3.36, Change: -0.64, Percent Change: -16.00
