08:43 AM EDT, 04/01/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Avantor ( AVTR ) said Wednesday its chief financial officer R. Brent Jones is leaving the company on or before June 24.

The company's chief accounting officer, Steve Eck, will serve as interim CFO upon Jones' departure, Avantor ( AVTR ) said.

Eck most recently held senior finance roles at various companies, including CSS Industries, Avantor ( AVTR ) said.

The company said it has started a search for a permanent CFO.
