Avantor Names Emmanuel Ligner CEO

07:42 AM EDT, 07/21/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Avantor ( AVTR ) said Monday it has appointed Emmanuel Ligner as its chief executive officer and president, effective Aug. 18.

Ligner succeeds Michael Stubblefield, who will step down as CEO, president and director following Ligner's appointment, the company said.

Ligner was previously Cerba HealthCare's CEO, Avantor ( AVTR ) added.
