07:55 AM EDT, 03/12/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Aveanna Healthcare ( AVAH ) said Thursday that it has agreed to acquire Family First Holding, a provider of pediatric home care.

Financial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.

Family First provides nursing services through 27 locations in seven states including Florida, Illinois, Iowa, Pennsylvania, South Dakota, Texas, and North Carolina, Aveanna said.
