04:18 AM EDT, 10/22/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Aveanna Healthcare ( AVAH ) said late Tuesday a secondary offering of 10 million shares by stockholders affiliated with J.H. Whitney Equity Partners was priced at $9 per share.

The sellers have granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to 1.5 million additional shares, the company said.

Aveanna will not receive any of the proceeds from the offering, which is expected to settle on Thursday.
