08:14 AM EDT, 04/03/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Aveanna Healthcare ( AVAH ) said Thursday that it has agreed to acquire Thrive Skilled Pediatric Care, a pediatric home healthcare company.

The deal, which it expects to close in fiscal Q2, will be funded with a combination of shares and cash from the company's balance sheet. It is expected to expand the company's footprint in existing states while also introducing Aveanna's specialized care model into two new states.

Financial terms were not disclosed.
