10:59 AM EDT, 07/30/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Aventis Energy ( VBAMF ) on Wednesday said it appointed Michael Mulberry, current director of Aventis, as chief executive officer and corporate secretary of the company and John Eren as a director of the company, effective immediately.

The company said that Mandeep Parmar will resign from his position as interim CEO and director, and Kelly Pladson will resign from the position of corporate secretary of Aventis, both effective immediately.

Mulberry, who brings over 20 years of experience with mining exploration companies, has held several management positions such as president, CEO and director of Roogold Inc and director and/or officer at Secova Metals Corp, Westkam Gold Corp (WKG.V) and World Organics Inc.

Most recently, he held the roles of founder, director and president of FenexOro Gold Corp and founder, director, and chief financial officer of Benjamin Hill Gold Corp.

Eren served as VP Corporate Development at Gold Line Resources from 2020 to 2023. From 2016 to 2019, Eren served as a corporate development executive for Crystal Exploration Inc.

The company's shares were last seen down 1.8% to $0.55 on the Canadian Securities Exchange.
