04:13 AM EDT, 09/19/2025 (MT Newswires) -- AvePoint ( AVPT ) said late Thursday it has listed on the main board of the Singapore exchange under the ticker symbol "AVP."

The company said the move makes it the first B2B Software as a Service stock to be listed on the Singapore exchange and "the first company to be dual listed on both Nasdaq and SGX."

Alongside the Singapore listing, the company completed a secondary share offering that was more than three times oversubscribed, it said.
