10:19 AM EST, 01/15/2025 (MT Newswires) -- AvePoint ( AVPT ) said Wednesday it has agreed to buy Ydentic, a software as a service company focused on centralized multi-tenant management for Microsoft Managed Services Providers.

The acquisition is expected to be completed by the end of January, the company said. Financial details weren't disclosed.

Shares of AvePoint ( AVPT ) were up over 4% in recent trading.
