Avery Dennison to Buy Meridian's Flooring Adhesives Business for $390 Million

04:47 PM EDT, 08/25/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Avery Dennison (AVY) agreed to buy the US-based flooring adhesives business of Meridian Adhesives Group for $390 million.

Meridian's flooring adhesives business, projected to generate 2025 revenue of $110 million, will join Avery Dennison's materials group segment following the deal's close.

The acquisition is expected to close in Q4 and is not anticipated to have a material impact on 2025 adjusted earnings, Avery Dennison said Monday in a statement.
