04:25 AM EDT, 07/03/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Aviat Networks ( AVNW ) said late Tuesday it has acquired 4RF, a provider of industrial wireless communications systems.

Financial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.

This acquisition provides Aviat with access to the narrowband connectivity and cellular router markets, the company said.

Aviat expects the addition of 4RF's business to be immediately accretive to its gross margin and to be accretive to non-GAAP earnings per share in the first year.
