Aviat Networks CFO Michael Connaway to Step Down

06:51 AM EDT, 08/28/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Aviat Networks ( AVNW ) said Thursday that Chief Financial Officer Michael Connaway will resign after the company files its Form 10-K for fiscal year 2025 to pursue an opportunity outside the industry.

The company said Andrew Fredrickson, currently vice president of corporate finance, will serve as interim CFO following Connaway's departure.

Aviat has begun a search for a permanent CFO using an executive search firm, it added.
