08:28 AM EDT, 08/30/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Avicanna ( AVCNF ) said Friday that it has cleared and fully repaid about $1.445 million owed under its debentures dated Aug. 2, 2023.

Avicanna ( AVCNF ) is a biopharmaceutical company focused on developing plant-derived cannabinoid-based products.

The company's share price fell 2.6% yesterday to $0.38.
