07:11 AM EDT, 09/15/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Avicanna ( AVCNF ) , a biopharmaceutical company focused on plant-derived cannabinoid products, said over the weekend it appointed vice president of finance Nick Hilborn as interim chief financial officer.

The move follows Phillip Cardella's transition to consultant effective Sept. 15, the company said.

Hilborn joined Avicanna ( AVCNF ) in 2024.
