12:13 PM EDT, 03/20/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Avid Bioservices ( CDMO ) said Wednesday that Nasdaq notified the company of noncompliance with the exchange's continued listing requirements due to its failure to file Form 10-Q for the fiscal quarter ended Jan. 31 on time.

The company said it plans to file the quarterly report as quickly as practicable, or submit a plan to regain compliance.

The company's shares were down 1.4% in recent trading.
