Avid Shareholders Approve Acquisition by GHO, Ampersand

05:59 PM EST, 01/30/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Avid Bioservices ( CDMO ) said late Thursday it has obtained shareholder approval for its acquisition by GHO Capital Partners and Ampersand Capital Partners.

The transaction is now expected to close "in the coming days," the company said.
