08:00 AM EDT, 09/06/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Avidian Gold ( AVGDF ) said on Friday that it will consolidate its shares on the basis of 15 pre-consolidation shares for one post-consolidation share.

Avidian said the share consolidation will help the company gain more exposure to investors and increase its liquidity. Following the consolidation, Avidian will have 12.4 million shares outstanding.
