Avient Prices $650 Million Senior Notes Due 2031

05:55 PM EDT, 09/05/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Avient ( AVNT ) said late Thursday it has priced its offering of $650 million of senior notes due 2031.

The notes will bear interest at an annual rate of 6.250% and will be issued at 100% of their principal amount, the firm said. It expects to close the offering Sept. 19.

Avient ( AVNT ) said it plans to use the net proceeds to help redeem its outstanding 5.75% senior notes due 2025.
