05:51 PM EDT, 09/10/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Avis Budget Group ( CAR ) said Tuesday that its units, Avis Budget Car Rental and Avis Budget Finance, priced a private offering of $700 million of 8.250% senior notes due Jan. 15, 2030, up $200 million from its previous offering size.

Avis said the offering is expected to close on Sept. 13.

The company plans to use the proceeds to fund general corporate purposes.
