03:49 AM EDT, 05/15/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Avis Budget Group ( CAR ) said late Wednesday its subsidiaries have priced a private offering of $600 million worth of 8.375% senior notes due 2032.

The offering, expected to close May 19, amounts to a $100 million increase from the original size, the vehicle rental company said.

The company plans to use net proceeds for general corporate purposes.
