A&W Revenue Royalties Income Fund Declares Cash Distribution for June 2024, Other Dividends

08:31 AM EDT, 05/31/2024 (MT Newswires) -- A&W Revenue Royalties Income Fund (AW-UN.TO) on Friday declared a cash distribution of 16 cents per trust unit for the period May 1-May 31.

The company will pay the dividend on June 28 to unit-holders of record as of June 15. The source of funds is a dividend from A&W Trade Marks.

A&W Food Services of Canada will also receive a similar dividend on its investment in Trade Marks.

The company said its Food Services segment also declared a $1 million dividend to its shareholder. Food Services also paid an eligible dividend worth $10 million to its shareholder.

"At present, there is no proposal to transfer ONGC's assets to Oil India," Minister of State for Petroleum and Natural Gas Rameswar Teli said in a written reply to a question in the Rajya Sabha. Assam Chief Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma had earlier this year written to Prime Minister Narendra Modi requesting him to consider transferring all assets of ONGC in the northeastern region to Oil India Ltd.

DGCA has asked SpiceJet, aircraft manufacturer Boeing and engine maker CFM to join the probe and provide all information regarding the engine snag that happened on Thursday, DGCA chief Arun Kumar told PTI. SpiceJet's Max aircraft on Thursday had conducted an emergency landing at the Mumbai airport after one of its engines faced a technical issue.
