Awale Resources Highlights Multiple Shallow High-Grade Intercepts From Odienne Project; Up Nearly 27.8%

11:37 AM EDT, 03/18/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Awale Resources Ltd. (ARIC.V) on Monday soared 27.8% on last look after reporting significant assay results at the Odienne Project.

Among the highlights, the company reported 75 meters @ 2.4 grams per ton of gold equivalent from 242 meters downhole in OEDD-74; 44 meters @ 2.5 grams per ton of gold equivalent from 131 meters downhole in OEDD-65; and 40 meters @ 1.9 grams per ton of gold equivalent from 194 meters downhole in OEDD-76.

The results also included 39 meters @ 1.6 grams per ton of gold equivalent from 60 meters downhole in OEDD-64.

The company said it expects to receive assay results from the Charger target soon.

A follow-up drill program is scheduled to begin in April.
