Aware Names CFO David Traverse as Interim CEO

10:16 AM EST, 01/02/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Aware (AWRE) said Thursday its board has named the company's Chief Financial Officer David Traverse as interim chief executive officer.

The appointment follows Bob Eckel's resignation as the company's CEO on Dec. 31, Aware said.

Traverse will be interim CEO until the search for a new CEO is complete, the company said.
