04:26 PM EDT, 07/02/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Axalta Coating Systems ( AXTA ) said late Tuesday that it has completed the acquisition of The CoverFlexx Group from Transtar Holding Company to solidify its offerings in refinish coatings.

CoverFlexx manufactures coatings for automotive refinish and aftermarket applications. It has manufacturing and product development sites in Brighton, Michigan, and Milton, Ontario.
