Axis Capital Approves $300 Million Share Repurchase Program; Maintains Quarterly Dividend

04:55 PM EDT, 05/16/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Axis Capital Holdings ( AXS/PE ) said late Thursday that its board approved a new share repurchase program of up to $300 million, in addition to the $36 million available for repurchases in the previous program.

The board maintained a quarterly dividend of $0.44 per share, payable on July 18 to shareholders of record on June 28.
