Axis Capital Names Matthew Kirk to Succeed Peter Vogt as CFO

09:37 AM EDT, 08/14/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Axis Capital Holdings ( AXS/PE ) said Thursday that Matthew Kirk will be appointed as chief financial officer, effective March 2026, to succeed Peter Vogt.

At that time, Vogt will serve as a strategic advisor to the company through the end of 2026 for a smooth transition, Axis said.

Kirk currently works as CFO of Enstar Group (ESGR), Axis said.
