Axis Capital Reports Share Buyback Program

04:32 PM EDT, 09/17/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Axis Capital Holdings ( AXS/PE ) said late Wednesday its board has authorized a new share buyback program to repurchase up to $400 million of its shares.

The company also said it kept its quarterly dividend at $0.44 a share, payable Oct. 17 to stockholders of record Sept. 30.
