AXT Q4 Non-GAAP Loss Narrows, Revenue Falls

05:31 PM EST, 02/19/2026 (MT Newswires) -- AXT (AXTI) reported a Q4 non-GAAP loss late Thursday of $0.05 per diluted share, narrowing from a loss of $0.10 a year earlier.

Analysts polled by FactSet expected a loss of $0.06 per share.

Revenue for the three months ended Dec. 31 was $23 million, down from $25.1 million a year earlier.

Analysts surveyed by FactSet expected $24.8 million.
