The company recorded quarterly revenue of $114.3 million, unchanged from Q4 2022's $114.8 million.

Gross profit was $53 million, compared with $49.4 million, the year before. Adjusted gross profit was $66.6 million (2022: $62 million.)

Ayr Wellness generated an operating loss of $143.1 million, compared with an operating loss of $9.5 million, last year.

Ayr ended the year with a cash balance of $50.8 million.
