Azek Appoints New CFO, Chief Accounting Officer

04:58 PM EST, 01/06/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Azek ( AZEK ) said Monday it promoted Ryan Lada to chief financial officer and Matthew Wiora to chief accounting officer, starting Jan. 24.

Current CFO Peter Clifford is resigning to join a private company, Azek ( AZEK ) said.

Lada currently serves as Azek's ( AZEK ) vice president and CFO for the residential segment, while Wiora holds the role of vice president, corporate controller, according to the company.
