Azek Gets Non-Compliance Notice From NYSE Over Quarterly Report

04:58 PM EDT, 05/17/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Azek ( AZEK ) said late Friday it has received a non-compliance notice from the New York Stock Exchange for failing to timely file its quarterly report on Form 10-Q for the quarter ended March 31 before May 15.

The company said it expects to file the quarterly report in the next 30 days.
