11:25 AM EDT, 07/31/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Azio AI ( AZIO ) signed a master services agreement with AT&T ( T ) to provide enterprise fiber connectivity for its planned 500-megawatt AI data center campus in Texas, the company said Friday.

Azio AI ( AZIO ) committed about $2.4 million under the agreement for high-capacity fiber services supporting AI and high-performance computing workloads, the company said.

The agreement establishes a networking framework for Azio's Texas campus and supports future expansion of its hyperscale AI infrastructure, the company added.

Azio AI ( AZIO ) shares were down past 14% in Friday trading.
