12:48 PM EST, 01/16/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Azul ( AZUL ) said Thursday that its Azul Secured Finance unit has extended the deadline of its exchange offers for its 2029 second out notes and 2030 second out notes for new notes to Jan. 21 from Jan. 15.

The extension allows eligible holders who have not yet tendered their existing notes the opportunity to participate in the exchange offers, the company said.
