08:39 AM EDT, 09/09/2025 (MT Newswires) -- B. Riley Financial ( RILY ) said Tuesday that the audit committee of its board of directors has appointed BDO USA as the company's independent registered public accounting firm for its 2025 audit.

The company continues to work with its current auditor, Marcum, to complete the 2024 annual audit, and said it expects to file its annual Form 10-K filing "soon".

B. Riley Financial ( RILY ), which has delayed filing its recent financial reports, said it has made "substantial progress" on Q1 and Q2 2025 Form 10-Qs, while the 2024 annual audit process is still "ongoing."

Shares of the company were up 2% in recent Tuesday premarket activity.
