04:15 PM EST, 11/11/2025 (MT Newswires) -- B. Riley Financial ( RILY ) said Tuesday that the company will change its name to BRC Group Holdings, starting Jan. 1, 2026.

The company also plans to launch its new corporate website, B. Riley Financial ( RILY ) said.

The company's Nasdaq ticker symbol will remain "RILY", and there will be no change to the ticker symbols for its preferred shares and tradeable senior notes, B. Riley Financial ( RILY ) added.
