B. Riley Gets Delinquency Notice From Nasdaq

05:22 PM EDT, 05/28/2025 (MT Newswires) -- B. Riley Financial ( RILY ) said late Wednesday it received a non-compliance notice from Nasdaq over a delay in filing its quarterly report on Form 10-Q for the period ended March 31.

The company said it expects to submit an updated plan to regain compliance by the June 2 deadline.
