Airtel has put forth a principal condition that the amount paid shall be inducted by Vodafone as fresh equity in Vodafone Idea (Vi) and simultaneously remitted to Indus Towers to clear Vi’s outstanding dues. According to reports, the stake is valued at more than Rs 3,300 crore.

Vinit Teredesai, CFO, Mindtree, on Friday, said that he is seeing early signs of stabilisation in attrition. He mentioned that cost of talents is on the higher side for the company. He further shared that currently around 1,000-1,500 freshers are being hired per quarter, however, he expects the figure to rise further.

Praveer Sinha, MD & CEO, Tata Power, said that all three of the company's businesses currently contribute equally to EBITDA (earnings before interest, tax, depreciation and amortisation), however going ahead, he expects distribution and renewables to contribute 40 percent each towards EBITDA. He also mentioned that fundraising plans for renewable business are still being finalised.
