Babcock & Wilcox Enterprises Completes Sale of Italian, Swedish Units

11:05 AM EDT, 10/31/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Babcock & Wilcox Enterprises ( BW ) said Thursday that it has completed the sale of Italy-based SPIG and Sweden-based Babcock & Wilcox Volund to AUCTUS Capital Partners.

The sale of the units was for around $40 million, with some standard adjustments and expenses, the company added.

Shares of Babcock & Wilcox Enterprises ( BW ) were down 3.2% in recent trading activity.
