06:48 AM EDT, 06/05/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Babcock & Wilcox Enterprises ( BW ) said Thursday that it has agreed to sell its Diamond Power International business to Austria-based Andritz for $177 million.

The deal, which is expected to be completed within 30 days, includes the transfer of 400 employees to Andritz.

Diamond Power, which has an annual revenue of $110 million, offers boiler cleaning and monitoring services for utilities and industrial clients globally.
