Feb 5 (Reuters) - Baidu Inc ( BIDU ), ‌China's largest

search engine ‍provider, ⁠on ⁠Thursday authorised ‌a $5  billion

share repurchase programme ⁠running ‍through December  31, 2028,

and said ‍it will pay its ‍first-ever dividend in 2026.
