Baidu Prices Chinese Renminbi-Denominated Debt Offering

04:23 AM EDT, 09/09/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Baidu ( BIDU ) said late Monday it priced an offering of 4.4 billion Chinese renminbi ($617.3 million) of 1.9% senior unsecured notes due 2029.

The notes were offered to non-US persons in offshore transactions.

The company expects the offering to close by Sept. 15, with the proceeds to go toward general corporate purposes.
