Baidu to Offer Chinese Renminbi-Denominated Senior Notes in Offshore Transactions

03:29 AM EDT, 09/08/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Baidu ( BIDU ) said Sunday it is planning to offer Chinese renminbi-denominated senior unsecured notes in offshore transactions outside of the US.

Net proceeds will be used for general corporate purposes, including debt repayments, the company said.
