08:00 AM EDT, 05/31/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Baidu ( BIDU ) said Friday it integrated large language models and ERNIE agents into its mobile products such as Baidu Search, ERNIE Bot App, Baidu App, and Baidu Wenku to make artificial intelligence more accessible.

Baidu App users can now engage in multi-turn dialogue and use specialized agents for various tasks, while Baidu Wenku has become an AI-assisted "one-stop shop" for creating and consuming content, the company said.

The revamped Baidu Wenku also unveiled Chengpian, which can execute complex tasks such as extended image-text generation, in-depth article editing and cross-modal freestyle creation, while ERNIE Bot App is now a 24/7 online personal intelligent assistant, the company added.

Baidu ( BIDU ) shares fell nearly 2% in recent premarket activity.
