Bain Capital Considering Withdrawing From Fuji Soft Bidding War With KKR

05:57 AM EST, 02/11/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Bain Capital said Monday it was "considering its future policy" including withdrawing its tender offer for Fuji Soft after rival bidder KKR (KKR) raised its offer for the Japanese IT firm.

KKR raised its offer for Fuji Soft earlier this month to 9,850 Japanese yen ($63.76) per share, from 9,451 yen previously.

Bain Capital said it will issue an announcement "promptly" once its comes to a decision on whether to proceed with a rivaling offer or not.
