04:47 PM EDT, 05/28/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Baker Hughes ( BKR ) and C3.ai ( AI ) said late Wednesday that the companies renewed and expanded their joint venture agreement through June 2028.

The companies will continue to innovate, supply, and market enterprise artificial intelligence services to the oil, gas, and chemical industries, according to a statement.

The AI services are designed to drive efficiency by optimizing production, minimizing downtime, and improving operational visibility, the companies said.

Under the agreement, C3.ai ( AI ) will continue to deliver AI services for use at Baker Hughes ( BKR ), per the release.
