Baker Hughes Gets Order to Provide Electric-Driven Liquefaction Technology to Canada's Cedar LNG Project

09:25 AM EDT, 04/05/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Baker Hughes ( BKR ) said Friday that it was awarded a contract by Black & Veatch to provide electric-driven liquefaction technology to Canada's Cedar LNG project.

The award was booked in Q1, Baker Hughes ( BKR ) said, adding that it will provide electric-driven equipment like main refrigeration compressors, boil-off gas compressors and centrifugal pumps.

Haisla Nation and Pembina Pipeline ( PBA ) are working together on the Haisla Nation-led Cedar LNG project, Baker Hughes ( BKR ) said.

Financial details weren't disclosed.
