07:48 AM EST, 01/02/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Baker Hughes ( BKR ) said Friday it has closed its joint venture transaction with a subsidiary of Cactus (WHD), with Baker Hughes ( BKR ) contributing its surface pressure control product line to the business.

Cactus holds a 65% stake in the joint venture, while Baker Hughes ( BKR ) holds 35%.

Baker Hughes ( BKR ) said the transaction improves balance sheet and liquidity, adding $344.5 million in cash proceeds before customary closing adjustments.
