Bakkt Holdings Approves Reverse Stock Split

05:54 AM EDT, 04/24/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Bakkt Holdings ( BKKT ) said late Tuesday its board approved a 1-for-25 reverse stock split, effective after trading closes on Friday.

The company said it aims to increase the per-share price of its class A common stock to regain compliance with listing rules.

Price: 0.3848, Change: -0.02, Percent Change: -3.97
