Baldwin Group Prices $600 Million Debt Offering

02:07 PM EDT, 05/10/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Baldwin Group (BRP) on Friday priced and upsized a debt offering to raise $600 million.

The firm had initially planned on raising $500 million.

The debt will be raised via the issue of 7.125% senior secured notes due May 15, 2031.

The company said it would use the funds raised to extinguish existing debt.

Price: 29.79, Change: -0.23, Percent Change: -0.77
