Ball Corp names Ronald Lewis as CEO

Nov 10 - Ball Corp ( BALL ) on

Monday appointed Ronald Lewis as chief executive officer and a

member of its board, effective immediately, succeeding Daniel

Fisher.

Lewis, who previously held senior roles at Coca-Cola,

joined Ball in 2019 and most recently served as its chief supply

chain and operations officer.

The Colorado-based company, which supplies aluminum

packaging for beverages, personal care and household products,

also named Daniel Rabbitt as chief financial officer.

Rabbitt, who has served as interim CFO since May, has held

various senior roles including head of its aerosol business and

corporate planning.

Ball named independent director Stuart Taylor II as

chairman of its board.

Earlier this month, Ball beat quarterly revenue estimates.
